The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is the political arm of the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus. We are tasked with protecting Democratic incumbents, recruiting and training challengers in Republican-held seats and growing the House Democratic Caucus.
In order to accomplish this goal, the HDCC assists candidates and incumbents with training, strategic planning, targeting, and fundraising. This support ensures that every Democratic candidate for the General Assembly has the tools they need to be successful on Election Day.
“We crafted an incredibly aggressive cycle plan last year, and by all accounts, we’re exceeding our goals. We held 45 incumbent protection planning meetings, set anoff-year fundraising record for HDCC, engaged multiple new stakeholders and partners to our cause, and successfully implemented dozens of vote-by-mail campaigns in the primary. Now, our top challengers are exceeding the fundraising and field metrics set by our successful 2018 candidates—despite a global pandemic. We look forward to working with each of you in the coming weeks to bring our members and candidates to victory in November.”Leanne Krueger, Chair of PA HDCC
